What time is Check-In and Check-Out at Turrim Dei Hotel Boutique?

Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 12:00 pm.

What is the hotel's policy regarding early check-in and late check-out?

• Late check in: according to availability, from 10 am (free of charge).
• Late check out: according to availability, until 3 pm (no charge).
• Late check out after 3:00 pm will result in an additional night charge.

What is the minimum age to check in at Turrim Dei?

18 years old, minors must be accompanied by their parents; when the minor is accompanied by a relative other than their parents must submit a notarized and authenticated document certifying that the minor is authorized by their parents to be with the relative, submit a photocopy of the identity card of the father and mother of the minor.

What are the additional costs for children?

Up to 2 years old the child stays free of charge. For children from 2 to 6 years old, there is a $15,000 charge per night, which corresponds to breakfast. From 6 years of age and older, an additional $30,000 per person is charged.

What payment methods does Turrim Dei offer on the website and at the hotel?

Cash, credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club franchises, non face-to-face payments through payment links and bank transfers.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

Our rates are non-refundable. Penalty of one night's value for cancellations less than 48 hours. Cancellations with more than 48 hours can reschedule the reservation or exchange the amount paid for another hotel service.

What is the smoking policy at the hotel?

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Detecting the smell of cigarettes in the rooms will result in a penalty of one night's room rate. The smoking area inside the hotel is the terrace on the 8th floor.

Does the hotel allow pets?

We reserve the right to admit pets. We only accept small breed dogs and it has an additional cost of 20.000.

Jacuzzi day:

• Three hours of enjoying our jacuzzi located on the terrace of the eighth floor of the hotel.
• The ideal place to share as a couple, group of friends or family.
• The service is available from 2 to 8 people. Value per person $50.000, of which $25.000 are consumable in any product of the restaurant's menu.

We take care of the decoration, snacks, cake, liquors and menu to make your event a unique experience.

The couple plans at TURRIM DEI are varied, we offer romantic night (accommodation, special decoration in the room, dinner); romantic dinner without the need to stay with special decoration having two options for the enjoyment of dinner, terrace on the eighth floor or restaurant on the second floor of the hotel; couple spa plan which consists of massage enjoyment of 2 hours in the jacuzzi, relaxation massage and lunch or dinner.
